Since I was 17 my addiction has been work. I am a workaholic. I missed so much of my kids growing up due to the fact I worked all the time, giving the excuse I have to pay the bills. I signed up and bought the tickets a year ago for Fresh Fire 24. Two weeks ago I was in a panic trying to think of every excuse why I couldn't go. Owning and operating a very busy 50’s/60’s Diner in my home town, I had never taken a Saturday off leaving my employees to fend for themselves. All the way up until that Friday after work I was hesitant to go. So I went.
I was starting some kind of sinus thing going on as well. I even was prayed over by Donna after Lunch on Saturday because I wasn't feeling well and not sure if it was my body telling me I should be at work or what was going on. So immediately after Donna prayed over me, I felt a sense of calm that I've never felt before. The Holy Spirit was inside me, I was on FIRE for the Lord, nothing like before I got there. Its now Tuesday and guess what? My employees survived without me. The building is safe and sound. Customers missed me, but the fact of the matter was everything went well. I'm working on my addiction as workaholic. I gave Jesus my Yes! And I give my Yes to Fresh Fire 2025, God has been talking to me, "be still my child I got you." Thank you Jesus!

God just showed up and showed out. He filled me up to be able to go back home to pour into others. He also let me make some great memories with other women of God. I am ready for Fresh Fire 2025, and I also want to bring a new lady each year, and a new young one in their Christian walk. Thank you for everything ya'll do and if you need help planning and working next year let me know. See you next year.

I needed a time to get away from routine and focus on the goodness of God. My Father recently passed away bringing much sadness and family drama. My heart aches for my sister.
I also had been wondering what God has for me next. I was ready for a restart.
The lodging was so wonderful! The special touches were appreciated. Friday a sweet lady prayed for my healing. I am believing for my high blood pressure to be healed and my hair to grow back. The altar time was very affirming that God does have a plan for me.
Saturday morning began with a breathtaking sunrise. My chains of defeat and sadness broke off during the spontaneous worship Saturday morning.

I've been on Anti-depressants for most of my life because of PTSD from my childhood. The first night of the retreat I was filled with the Holy Spirit, screaming in tongues. I have not took another Anti-depressant since. The enemy is a liar. My God is able and willing to deliver and boy, God did! Thank you Jesus. I am truly free! ✨️
